Subject:Motivating/awarding co-workers for edits... From:PCarman <HARRIS -dot- PCARMAN -at- IC1D -dot- HARRIS -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 28 Jun 1995 08:13:08 EST
Greetings all!
I was curious if any of you have any sort of motivational/award system
for rewarding your co-workers for the edits they provide.
For example, finding the most errors, returning edits on time, and
providing the most information from the get-go.
My co-workers and I would like to set up some sort of positive reward
system, and we would like to know if you have ever worked with
anything like this.
Thank you for your help!
-Paul
