Entek Scientific Corporation is one of the world's leading producers of
Predictive Maintenance (PM) systems. Founded in 1981, Entek strives to offer
its customers complete PM solutions. These include vibration, operating
deflection shape, motor current, oil contamination, and other types of
analyses to assist customers in monitoring and maintaining their equipment.
Entek is an international company, with offices and customers in many
countries around the world.
We are looking for an additional Technical Writer to create and maintain
printed and online documentation. This includes software and hardware
operating manuals, training materials, and promotional literature. We work
exclusively on PC's running MS Windows and DOS, using Word for Windows,
FrameMaker (Windows), and Ventura Publisher (DOS).
This is a full-time position at the company's Cincinnati office in Blue Ash.

The position requires the following:
* Minimum 1 year experience writing software documentation
* Minimum 1 year experience with MS Windows word processor
* Ability to learn quickly, and to work as part of a team
* 2 or 4 year degree or experience in math, science, or engineering
* Ability to communicate and work with the Engineering staff
Experience in the following would be ideal:
* Desktop publishing, FrameMaker, Word for Windows
* Documenting hardware instrumentation
* Editing or indexing technical documents
* Creating online help and graphics
* User interface design
* Digital signal processing
