When, where, and how often should I put the trademark symbol in
an online document? Since I don't know when someone will see the
first instance of a trademarked item, do I need to note it everytime
or try for a generic disclaimer somewhere? Could I put the
trademark info in the hard copy manual only?
If I *do* put the trademark symbol online, what is the convention?
(TM)? Or do I try to imbed a small superscript TM?
