Synopsys, Inc. is looking for a technical writer to complete the following:
Develop and maintain customer documentation for DI products.
Responsible for reseaching and interfacing with Research & Development,
Marketing, and customer-support personnel.
Must be able to determine documentation structure, scope, purpose, and
target audience.
Must write documentation plans.
Assist subject matter experts with creating and editing Application Notes
and Methodology Notes.
Requires:
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communications, and a team
player
Excellent self-organization and attention to detail
Independent and self-motivated
Good problem solving skills
Requires 3-5 years technical writing or software development experience or
a combination of both. Knowledge of FrameMaker, Interleaf, C troff, or
equivalent is required. Must be proficient in writing and be able to
understand Synopsys products.
Requires BSEE, BSCS, BSIE or equivalent education or experience.
Salary $42K-75K.
