Subject:UC/Santa Clara Certif Progr in Managing Tech Wrtg From:Wm Blank <wmblank -at- IX -dot- NETCOM -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 10 May 1996 07:55:47 -0700
Univ of Calif extension in Santa Clara offers a certificate program in
"Managing the Development of Technical Information." Designed to help
tech writers move into management roles. I'm wondering if anyone out
there in t-whirler list-land has taken the program. I'm interested in
knowing a) were the courses worthwhile? and b) after finishing the
program were you able to move up the proverbial corporate ladder?
Thanx,
Bill Blank
