Sit team members together. Walls between Development, Marketing, Training,
Support and so on are mental barriers as well as physical ones.
Socialise together.
Whatever means you use to judge the success of the project, try to assess
the whole team based on the whole product. Make sure the team is aware of
this from the start.
The intranet is a good idea.
