Subject:Customer Surveys From:Kent Newton <kentn -at- METRIX-INC -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 22 May 1996 08:40:00 PDT
We want to develop a customer survey to determine who is using our
documention, what they think of it, what kind of changes (if any) they
would like, whether they would like electronic documentation, what kind
of electronic documentation they would want, how they would want that
documentation distributed, and so on. I was wondering:
(a) has anyone done a similar survey,
(b) if so, what were the results, and
(c) can anyone name any resources (paper or electronic) for developing
solid and straight-forward surveys?
If you would like to help me out, you can email me privately. If anyone
else is interested in this topic, let me know and I can either email a
compilation of any information I get or post it to the list.
