To paraphrase Capone, don't take me for an elitist or something -- being a
Third Worlder, I have seen the accessibility of the Web and the Internet make
the difference between apathy and hope in the future for a nation -- but
isn't one basic reason for the Proliferation etc. one of the Web's greatest
strengths:
o Almost anyone can write a Web page -- and does.
Besides, the bright side is we have one more field where our profession is
needed.
