I, too, would be interested in the ramifications of paperless
documentation. We also deliver our doc on the Web, compiled within the
product, and on an ftp server. But there is initiative to move to
getting rid of all paper doc. I've heard many a protest from customers,
so while we try to move in this direction, we are simultaneously writing
paper manuals! Does anyone out there have any experience with paperless doc?
Thanks!
