I'm looking for examples of mid- to large-size software companies that
ship only electronic versions of documentation with their products (that
is, they do not ship paper documentation with the product out the door).

I'm curious to find out customer reaction to this scenario.

I asked this newsgroup the same question a couple of weeks ago, and received
many helpful replies.

Our company is currently in the process of getting some feedback from
customers, as well as internal feedback, on this topic. I've promised to send
a summary of our findings when we're done (in a couple of weeks, I think).
