I can't get out of the firewall to check right now, but if this is the
same Search & Replace that I have (Funduc Software), it is NOT freeware.
There is a shareware version available that lets you search but not
replace, and the license is cheap ($20?).
This is a nice little tool, and I do recommend it as a quick, simple way
to do mass S&Rs in a Windows environment (yes, it's available for 3.1).
