Yes, Funduc Software is the maker of Search & Replace. (Pardon my misuse of
the term "freeware"--fingers were typing faster than brain was processing!)
The shareware version currently available over the Net is fully functional
(at least on the Win95 platform) and the license is $15 if you want to use
it for more than 21 days.
