The CD-ROM comes with the book. I'm assuming you're referring to _The
Microsoft Manual of Style for Techincal Publications_ published by Microsoft
Press. Most of the books on or about help authoring come with a CD-ROM. I
don't think you can purchase it separately. Call 1-800 MSPRESS to order the
Manual of Style. The ISBN number is 1-55615-939-0
