- strong instructional design skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience writing training materials for financial applications
- knowledge of Microsoft Word and FrameMaker
- ability to work as part of a creative team
Also helpful:
- Spanish translation skills
- HTML
- editorial skills
- an ability to produce clear, accurate and compelling training
materials even when source materials may be ambiguous

especially like to hear from you if you have a reputation for providing
outstanding, high-quality materials and understand the important of
meeting deadlines and effective project communication.
