As someone else pointed out, a windows and pop-up windows are not the same
thing. And the Save As thingy is a dialog box, not a window.
A pop-up window is a temporary window that pops-up due to some kind of user
action--generally a click on a link or button--and disappears when the user
clicks elsewhere. It generally does not contain all the components that a
true window contains: scroll bars, title bar, and so on.
