I've always thought that to use PostScript fonts I needed Adobe Type
Manager. I've used it for years, but now I need to let those ambitious
programmers update my docs. Since ATM costs about $100, and they only
need one PS font, I was wondering if anyone knows of a cheap alternative
to ATM. I didn't find anything on shareware.com. If you answer
privately, I'll summarize to the list.

Here's the summary of alternatives to ATM: there ain't none. Sorry, bad
English. Double negative, ya know. :-)

Someone suggested GhostScript, but it's not a manager of screen and
printer fonts, just a PS interpreter. I was hoping to find some
shareware, but I guess Adobe has the corner on the market here.
