Please note that STC is not pushing certification. It
is studying the subject thoroughly. As I understand the
study, it will take years and it involves input from
members, non-members, and employers.
I think this professional organization is doing right
by the profession by studying the matter. It has yet
to make any conclusions.
You also voice many strong objections to the organization
as a whole with no evidence to back up your opinion. I
disagree with your voiced opinion, and if you write to
me personally, I'd be happy to discuss this.
