Addendum to my own post:
Since the STC wants to encourage discussion of certification issues, why
don't they set up a mailing list or newsgroup for that purpose? That
would relieve TECHWR-L of this controversial topic and show that STC is
concerned with hearing all sides of the controversy, from all TCs (not
just STC members).
