Ditto.

When I was tech writing as a grad student, my writing team of three were
the only ones on campus who used FM. Everyone else used Word. When
clients wanted electronic versions of docs, they got Acrobat files and it
worked fine. Using Word to keep track of 1200+ pages of documenation
would be... I can't even imagine the horrors.
At this job, I've been sending out Word files with betas, but only because
I'm waiting for Frame 5.5 (with built-in Distiller) to arrive. It's been
a
royal pain too, but after next week I'll never have to dirty my hands with
Word ever again (at least for documentation).
