Tanya...how effective is your resume regardless of the medium?

Seriously...I just went through a three week search for the perfect
contract (and found it, and trust me, I talked to alot of frogs).
During that period, I was getting calls from 3-8 agencies per day,
almost every day (thank you Internet).  I posted my asci resume on the
net and almost without exception, an agency would eventually ask for a
formatted version.  I would tell them that I could fax it, send it as a
Word attachment, or they could go to my web url for the formatted
resume.  If I had to guess, it was probably 33%/33%/33% for requesting
each of the alternatives.

You could have it out there without any link to it and to get to it,
they would have to get the url from you (What's the secret password? -
Joe sent me)

If done correctly, it will look just as good as on paper...unless yours
looks poorly on paper (grin).  See mine.
