Position in non-literary translation
The department of Foreign Languages and Literatures of
James Madison University is seeking an appointment in
non-literary translation. The successful candidate will
design a technical translation track for Foreign Languages
and Technical and Scientific Communication, teach courses
on translation theory and non-literary translation into
English from two languages one of which should be Spanish,
teach foreign language technical and scientific
communication practices. MA required, PhD preferred. The
appointment will be tenure track or renewable term
