When I train/write I always train/write to
my absolute lowest common denominator...
I train newbies of all ages on beginning
computer skills. I assume nothing.
I always do pre-screening surveys.
The traditional-thinking instructor
trains to the average of a group.
I don't. I train to the lowest
skilled person. My success on training
evaluations has always been exemplar
as a result.
