If you have one of the older Doc-To-Help version 1.6 or 1.7
manuals, there is an Appendix on Accessing Help. It contains
program code and explanations for utilizing map numbers in the
program call to the help system.
Also, there is a good book by Nancy Hickman called Building
Windows 95 Help that has an excellent section on linking help
