The following command issued in the Windows environment will open a .hlp
file to the specified map number:
WINHELP -N x c:\path\file.HLP
where x = map number
c = drive letter
path = path (duh)
file = .hlp filename
(caps irrelevant, only used for clarity between cmds and vars)
Not sure how that relates to Forms 4.5 Pl Sql.
