Howdy,
I'm looking for software to facilitate online reviews. Annotation is a
key element to this process.
Acrobat Reader: Doesn't support annotation.
Acrobat Exchange: Costs money.
Winhelp: Can't figure out (still trying) how to read/merge .ANN files.
Common Ground: Free, self bundling version doesn't support annotation.
Free is good. Authoring tool (Word/Frame) compare functions are bad.
Software I'll have to plan for installation and management is bad.
Am I pipe dreaming?
