Subject:I am new to this list From:Jessie Lourey <LOUREJ01 -at- TIGGER -dot- STCLOUDSTATE -dot- EDU> Date:Thu, 4 Dec 1997 20:59:39 -0600
Hello:
I joined this list minutes ago, and have been sufficiently cowed by the immense
list of what not to do. So, before I make any inglorious errors, I would just like to
write that I recently recieved my Master's degree in English, and I am in the process of
opening a grantwriting/techwriting/editing business out of my home. Would this be the
listserv to check out for advice on opening this type of small business? I would
appreciate any suggestions of places to look for freelance tech writing jobs that can be
done over the net as well as any addresses for more pertinent listservs, if they exist.
Thank you!
Jessie Lourey
