Subject:Proficiency Testing for Stand-Up Training From:Jerold Jeansonne <Jerold_Jeansonne -at- NOTES -dot- PW -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 11 Dec 1997 17:52:42 EST
I am investigating options for stand-up training course proficiency tests, such
as the standard pre-test/post-test.
Training developers, what methods of proficiency testing do you implement for
stand-up training courses? What successes and failures have you had with each
method?
Thanks for your help.
