Knowledge Transfer International currently seeks an experienced Project
Manager to oversee the development of performance support solutions.
Initially, these solutions will support the global roll-out of a major
financial application in 27 countries. In this role, you will be responsible
for:
** developing the strategic and operational plan for the development of
performance support solutions (user guides, help systems, training programs,
online job aids, marketing collateral, etc.)
** developing schedules and staffing requirements
** managing client expectations
** monitoring milestones, deliverables, and budgets
** ensuring quality and consistency to style guidelines
** identifying resale and additional "value opportunities"
You should have proven experience in overseeing large scale documentation and
training initiatives. Experience with global roll-outs and localization
issues is desired. The ability to travel internationally (on occasion) is
required.
This is a FULL-TIME permanent position.
