and experience:
Requirements
B.S. in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a Physical Science
3-5 years experience documenting software applications online and in print
(RoboHelp, FrameMaker 5.x)
Knowledge of biological screening of chemical substances is a plus
Responsibilities
Maintenance of existing online help systems in RoboHelp 4.0
Maintenance and creation of online documentation for the Internet using HTML
conversion utilities
Creation and maintenance of training guides, user guides, and other
technical documentation
