all internal/external SP-23 User's guides. Responsible for design,

and publication of User's guides to support s/w development tasks.
Develop/maintain documentation standards. Participate in s/w reviews.
Provide estimates on tech writing tasks to Sr. Management. May provide
assistance on proposal efforts.
