Subject:Writing Effective Policies and Procedures? From:Joe Miller <joemiller -at- CANBERRA -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 20 Feb 1998 11:51:21 -0500
I've recently heard of a course (in Australia) on "Writing Effective
Policies and Procedures".

American Management Association and Fred Pryor Seminars.
Nothing. Do any of you Techwhirlers know of a course in the U.S.
like this?
