For distance learning degrees in Technical Communication, try the New Jersey
Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey. I'm not sure if they offer a
WHOLE degree in the DL format, but they definitely offer many classes via
the Internet, etc. I'm currently going for my Masters there.
