I believe there are screen capture applications that capture all of a scrolling list. So, you could use the Links command from the Word Edit menu and capture the screen that shows the linked files.
Or, and this is more tedious, set Word to show all field codes, find all IncludePicture (or whatever the actual field is) and copy the field code to a TXT document. Then print the TXT file. Note that if you create a macro by recording these steps, you'll have very close to what you're looking for.
