software application.
As regards to both localization and translation it means that the
application is translated in such a manner that it is accomodated to
operate smoothly in the target language environment. The application has to
be accomodated to the culture of the target population. Thus localization
and translation is not just a directly or mechanically translation of
documentation, ressource files, help files, dialog boxes, menu text,
graphics files, redesign of graphics and icons etc. into the target
