The following two work-arounds have worked for me:
1) If your number fields (including "Page", "SectionPages", "NumPages")
display on screen correctly, but print out incorrectly, try turning OFF
"Background Printing" in the Tools>Options>Print dialog.
2) If these same number fields display on screen incorrectly, as well as
print out incorrectly, try turning ON "Update Fields" in the same dialog.
Note that you may have to try different combinations of On/Off with
"Background Printing" and "Update Fields" to fix the problem.
