Gang,
The list was pretty slow from Sunday through yesterday,
but I think we're back on track now. Apparently there
was someone (possibly on this list) whose mailer was
corrupting the mail header and returning the message
to the listserv, thus causing a mail loop. They had to
eventually clear out nearly 70,000 messages from the server,
and temporarily disable the Web server to get the problem
fixed.
All should be normal now.
