Kathy,
I worked with some programmers that were using Rational Rose's SoDA and
would agree with the very high learning curve. Once they mastered it
they were able to do everything they needed, but it blew the project out
by six months while they all came to terms with the software.
Not a very easy software to learn, but once you get the hang of it is
very impressive. Especially in the ADA type environments where that
particular type of software is necessary.
