Subject:Ugly job incident From:Ron Sering <rsering -at- USWEST -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 20 Oct 1998 09:22:02 -0600
I was going to post several paragraphs that simply repeat what others
have said. Go talk to counsel; competent HR departments are conservative
about exposing the company to legal jeopardy and often err on the side
of "generosity." It is not hopeless.
That's it, other than: please let us know how it came out. Incidents
like this come up on here from time to time, and I often wonder about
the outcome.
