The degree issue has been discussed ad nauseum in the past. For those
who can't get enough of it, I ask you to check out the TECHWR-L
archives.
I suspect Ann would benefit more from specific adivce, such as becoming
active in the Phoeniz chapter of STC and writing for professional
groups' newsletters. Build a portfolio and network.
