Microsoft has many usability labs and runs usability tests frequently.
They have several usability specialists working for them full-time. You
can take a virtual tour of their labs at http://www.microsoft.com/usability/about.htm. For those of you who live
in the Seattle area, sign up for the tests! I've participated in
several, and they are fascinating (and you get free software to boot!).
