Download the Emerging Digital Economy doc for a general overview. Some
of the figures are out of date, but its a good start.
Also, some recent books on the subject worth looking at include:
* Enterprise.com by Jeff Papows, (CEO of Louts - a big part of
IBM's E-Commerce efforts have gone through them),
* The Search for Digital Excellence by Ware, Gebaur et al (an
excellent overview of the entire subject by UC Berkley Business School
scholars), and
* Customers.com by Patricia Seybold (haven't had a chance to read
it yet, but it looks promising).
