Richmond-based national food service leader is seeking technical writers to
join our new Technical Communication Team. Position requires 4 year college
degree or equivalent experience, 2-5 years technical writing experience in
the software industry, experience designing, developing, and maintaining
user guides, Windows-based Help, Web-based documentation, knowledge in
information mapping principles, HTML, basic programming and database
concepts, proficiency with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp, and MS
FrontPage.
All candidates should be motivated self-starters with exceptional writing,
editing, communication, project management, and business analysis skills.
Successful candidates will also possess the ability to work independently,
manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and learn complex software
applications quickly and comprehensively.
