Hello, I'm new to the list. I've been asked to create an Interview
Questionnaire in Word 97. The Project Manager wants to complete the
questionnaire "online," versus writing out his answers with a good old
fashioned pen.
The Questionnaire currently exists as a regular Word 97 document. How
do I create static fields and data entry boxes?
Please feel free to respond to my email address. I'm sure this is an
elementary question that's too basic for the general List.
I appreciate your assistance!
Jen
