I don't hear anyone saying, "Don't post jobs on the list," or a problem
with using the delete key.
I DO hear someone saying "It'd be nice to know if the job applied to me
right away -- could you put the location in the subject line WHEN you
post the job to the list?"

"I'd like to respectfully request that all job postings feature the
geographical location prominently in the Subject line or early in the
text. It would let me quickly skip those in areas in which I'm not
interested."
