Dear Mr. Ray,
Does Mr. Plato have some sort of pass that permits him to be repeatedly
irritating, irrelevant and incendiary? If so, may I have one too, so that I
might reply to him on equal footing? Or, conversely, perhaps you could
explain to him the difference between irony and idiocy. Better yet, kick him
off the listserv.
