Subject:Computed text in Lotus Notes From:Tarja Simpanen <tarja -dot- simpanen -at- TJGROUP -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 10 Mar 1999 09:28:27 +0200
Does anyone have experience on using computed text in rich text fields in Lotus
Notes databases?
I am writing documents in a Lotus Notes database and there are several hundreds
of documents with significant amount of repetition. The repeating texts are in
separate (hidden) documents in the same database and a formula (DBLookup) is
used for retrieving them into correct places.
I know that this approach affects the time it takes to open the documents, but
are there any other possible problems?
