Job description as follows:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Write documentation for SAP applications.
Develop/write training materials
Submit all materials to be checked for standards and content (SAP content
and appropriate business information).
Deliver training for SAP applications.
Communicate with client contact when necessary.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager or Project Leader

SKILL FACTORS
Education: Degree / Diploma an asset.
Degree / Diploma in Technical Writing an asset.
Course work in Adult Education an asset.
Experience: Experience with many software applications for the design of
documents.
Experience with technical writing for applications.
On-line documentation experience an asset.
Experience with training (not necessarily on applications).
Experience with business procedures an asset.
Good knowledge of written and spoken French an asset.
EFFORT FACTORS
Working Conditions: Travel to different client site for each project (which
may require
staying out of town over night).
Work in CMC or client office and classroom setting.
Flexibility required to adjust to working independently and in a team
setting.
Training: Training required on CMC course development and documentation
standards.
SAP training required.
