Here is an alternative to distributing PDFs:
- Continue distributing the Word document
- When you get back the Word document (if you did not do this
already), rename it so that it does not overwrite your document.
- From the Word Tools, compare your document with the new one,
and step through all the changes... you can quickly accept or
reject any changes individually.
Obviously, this only saves time over PDF/hard-copy if you expect
to get many changes that you will accept.
