Our client A leading Fortune 500 company
The position Four Instructional Designers (One project manager ISD'r, three
team ISD'rs, all capable of Design, Development, and stand up Delivery)
The opportunity: Take the content of a number of similar training programs,
and combine that content into one uniform training program. There are
four modules that need to be created. Each ISD'r will be contracted to
work on one module. The training is for a call center audience.
MODULE 1: Will cover general product training, and basic IT training for a
"new hire"audience that will probably not have former experience working in
a call center. The ISD'r contracted to work on this module should have
experience designing product training, and end user training for software
applications.
MODULE 2: Will be a training course on SAP applications. This ISD'r
should have experience designing, developing, and delivering training for
SAP applications. There will be a SME available to ISD'r in Atlanta.
MODULE 3: Will be a training course on processes and procedures for
fielding calls, taking orders, order fullfillment, etc. This ISD'r will
have experience designing, developing, and delivering training on processes
and procedures.
MODULE 4: Will be a training course on soft skill topics such as Up
Selling, handling difficult customers, communication skills, etc. This
ISD'r should have experience designing, developing, and delivering soft
skills training. We are willing to consider customizing a training
template that this ISD'r might have already developed for this type of
environment in the past.
Location : The Design and Development may be accomplished in Atlanta. 50
to 75% of the development may be done at the ISD'rs home office.
The delivery will be done on location in Kentucky (near Cincinnati) and is
anticipated to last two to four weeks. All contractors must be available
for travel to Kentucky for first phase of delivery.
Length June 28 to late September. Delivery must begin on August 9th.
