CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Instructional Writer/Designer in DC/MD area!!

Esource is a company that specializes in recruiting and resourcing middle
and upper level training and development professionals on a contract,
project and permanent basis.  We are currently searching for the following
Contract position:



Our Client:             Major Construction Company

Position:               (1-2) Instructional Designers

Location:               Bethesda, MD
                                virtual office-50-75%
                        WE CAN ONLY LOOK AT CANDIDATES IN GREATER                       DC/MD AREA!!

Project:                        Design (6) Instructor-led training (approximately 4 hour)
courses for construction engineers.  These are the course titles and the
order in which they should be designed:

(Stand-alone courses)

                                1. The Project Plan
                                2. Contracts & Subcontracts I & II
                                 3. The Submittal Process
                                 4. Change Orders
                                 5. Cost Engineering
                                 6. Overview of Construction Business (1-2 hours in
length)

Experience:     Knowledge of ISD Methodology
                        3-5 years work related experience
                        Construction Industry or Engineering  experience
Experience designing and developing Instructor led training courses.
Must be able to work with deadlines.

Education:      Bachelors Degree
                        Master's is a plus

Timeframe:      Have contractor(s) on board by July 6th
                        Entire project completed by end of September
